As a Civil Celebrant, I know life’s milestones matter. Therefore, I mark these moments with dignity and personal flair. To achieve this, I get to know you. Then, I draw inspiration from your past and future to design meaningful ceremonies. Whether you want traditional or modern, I bring your vision to life.
Furthermore, I am culturally aware and LGBTQIA+ supportive. Indeed, I embrace diversity. Because of this, every ceremony reflects the people involved. So, I welcome all requests. Let’s create lasting memories together.
I grew up down south and have my roots in Morphett Vale, Christies, O’Sullivan Beach and Noarlunga. I have a passion to be the “go to” Celebrant in Adelaide.
Why did I become a Celebrant?
This is one of the first questions I get asked. Simply, a dear friend asked me to marry them. Previously, I considered this role. However, my Wife said, I wear my heart on my sleeve. I show my passion by sharing emotional moments with my clients and this might not be what my couples want.
However, I believe emotional responses enhance ceremonies. Specifically, sharing joy and tears builds a personal connection. In essence, it transforms the experience. Instead of a stranger, you’re married by a friend. Therefore, your most special moments are deeply connected. Ultimately, this creates a truly unique and memorable ceremony. Despite these considerations, I agreed. Subsequently, I began my Celebrancy studies. Since then, I’ve never looked back. Now, I know it was the right path.
Indeed, I was honoured to marry my friend. Moreover, I found a passion for ceremony creativity. Next, I embraced the challenge of unique ceremonies. Specifically, I wanted each one to be special.
Now, I believe everyone deserves their perfect ceremony. Therefore, I work closely with clients. Together, we bring their visions to life. I am proud and honoured to be able to do this work.

Troy was a fantastic celebrant who made us both feel calm and relaxed leading up to and on the day of our wedding at Ayres House, Adelaide.
His attention to the finest detail of the ceremony was what I appreciated the most. Nothing was too much bother for him and my wife and I felt like every detail was explained to us thoroughly. Troy even had the Ceremony translated into Thai for my wife.
